Residential aluminum painting

Railings, fences, gates, window frames and siding at homes and condos, refinished in place and left clean.

At home, the aluminum is what people see first: the gate at the driveway, the railings on the balcony, the frames around every window. When it fades or chalks, the whole property looks older than it is.

We work around your schedule, protect the garden, floors and glass, and refinish each surface on site. When we leave, the only sign we were there is the new finish.

What we cover

Process

How the finish is made

On site, without removal. Expected finish life in South Florida: 7–10 years.

  1. Inspect

We assess the existing coating and note oxidation, chalking and peeling.

  2. Clean & sand

Dirt, salt and loose paint come off. Rough areas are sanded smooth.

  3. Mask & prime

Glass, stone and surrounding surfaces are masked. A bonding primer made for metal goes on first.

  4. Finish coats

Multiple spray-applied coats build an even, uniform finish.

  5. Walkthrough

We clean up completely and review the work with you before we leave.

Questions

Residential: common questions

Do I need to be home while you work?

Not always. We agree access in advance. Most clients are there for the first walkthrough and the final one.

Can you match my current color?

Yes, or change it. If you're in an HOA, check its color rules first and we'll match the approved color.

Do you work in condominiums?

Yes. We follow the building's rules for hours and access, and coordinate with management when needed.
