Aventura is where we're based. Most of the city is condominium towers along the Intracoastal Waterway, with gated communities and single-family homes behind them. That means a lot of balcony railings, pool fences and impact window frames, all living in humid, salty air.
Being local means quick site visits and easy scheduling around building management. Most Aventura work is railings and frames in condo buildings, and gates and fences in private communities.

Process
How the finish is made
Salt is washed out of every joint before priming. Expected finish life in South Florida: 7–10 years.
Inspect
We assess the existing coating and note oxidation, chalking and peeling.
Clean & sand
Dirt, salt and loose paint come off. Rough areas are sanded smooth.
Mask & prime
Glass, stone and surrounding surfaces are masked. A bonding primer made for metal goes on first.
Finish coats
Multiple spray-applied coats build an even, uniform finish.
Walkthrough
We clean up completely and review the work with you before we leave.
