Commercial aluminum painting

Storefront frames, entrances, railings and fences at offices, retail and commercial buildings, scheduled around your business hours.

A business is judged at the front door. Faded storefront frames and chalky railings make a building look neglected, even when everything inside is in good shape.

We plan the work around opening hours, keep entrances usable and protected, and refinish on site in sections. Licensed and insured, with proof of insurance available for property managers and landlords. With proper preparation and quality materials, commercial finishes typically last seven to ten years in South Florida.

Process

How the finish is made

On site, without removal. Expected finish life in South Florida: 7–10 years.

  1. Inspect

We assess the existing coating and note oxidation, chalking and peeling.

  2. Clean & sand

Dirt, salt and loose paint come off. Rough areas are sanded smooth.

  3. Mask & prime

Glass, stone and surrounding surfaces are masked. A bonding primer made for metal goes on first.

  4. Finish coats

Multiple spray-applied coats build an even, uniform finish.

  5. Walkthrough

We clean up completely and review the work with you before we leave.
