Aluminum painting in Pembroke Pines

Planned communities, HOA color rules and miles of aluminum fence.

Pembroke Pines is inland, in western Broward, and much of it is planned communities with homeowners' associations. Aluminum fences, pool fences, gates and screen-enclosure frames are everywhere.

Away from the ocean, the main problem is sun: fading and chalking. Many associations set approved colors, so check yours before choosing one.

Process

How the finish is made

Expected finish life in South Florida: 7–10 years.

  1. Inspect

We assess the existing coating and note oxidation, chalking and peeling.

  2. Clean & sand

Dirt, salt and loose paint come off. Rough areas are sanded smooth.

  3. Mask & prime

Glass, stone and surrounding surfaces are masked. A bonding primer made for metal goes on first.

  4. Finish coats

Multiple spray-applied coats build an even, uniform finish.

  5. Walkthrough

We clean up completely and review the work with you before we leave.
