Aluminum painting in Hallandale Beach

Beachfront condominiums along A1A and neighborhoods inland. Railings, fences and frames refinished on site.

Hallandale Beach, at the southern edge of Broward County, has a dense line of condominium towers on the beach and residential neighborhoods west of the Intracoastal.

Beachside, the work is mostly balcony railings and window frames for associations and owners. Inland, it's fences, gates and screen-enclosure frames for homes.

Process

How the finish is made

Salt is washed out of every joint before priming. Expected finish life in South Florida: 7–10 years.

  1. Inspect

We assess the existing coating and note oxidation, chalking and peeling.

  2. Clean & sand

Dirt, salt and loose paint come off. Rough areas are sanded smooth.

  3. Mask & prime

Glass, stone and surrounding surfaces are masked. A bonding primer made for metal goes on first.

  4. Finish coats

Multiple spray-applied coats build an even, uniform finish.

  5. Walkthrough

We clean up completely and review the work with you before we leave.
