Aluminum painting in Miami

Towers, storefronts and neighborhoods of every age. Residential and commercial aluminum, refinished on site.

Miami covers everything from high-rise condominiums on the bay to commercial strips and older residential neighborhoods. Bayfront buildings deal with salt; everything deals with sun and humidity.

Our Miami work is a mix of storefront frames for businesses, balcony railings for condominium buildings, and gates, fences and window frames for homes.

Process

How the finish is made

Salt is washed out of every joint before priming. Expected finish life in South Florida: 7–10 years.

  1. Inspect

We assess the existing coating and note oxidation, chalking and peeling.

  2. Clean & sand

Dirt, salt and loose paint come off. Rough areas are sanded smooth.

  3. Mask & prime

Glass, stone and surrounding surfaces are masked. A bonding primer made for metal goes on first.

  4. Finish coats

Multiple spray-applied coats build an even, uniform finish.

  5. Walkthrough

We clean up completely and review the work with you before we leave.
